Buy pole vault landing areas – directly from the manufacturer!

The pole vault landing areas from artec® are available in different designs. The pole vault landing areas are equipped with a spike protection with sliding mesh. The wear mat is made of PUR foam RG 20. Furthermore, all landing areas have in common that they are non-slip underneath. The pole vault landing areas differ in the following technical details:

  • BRONZE (foldable): monoblock system RG 18
  • SILVER: Double hollow chamber system RG 23
  • SILVER WITH INTERMEDIATE FLOOR: Double hollow chamber system RG 23, intermediate floor
  • GOLD (with exchangeable pre-cushions): double hollow-chamber system RG 23, hollow-chamber blocks individually covered, intermediate floor

All technical designs mentioned so far can be combined with a PE slatted frame. This offers the advantage that no additional support grid is required. The addition of a slatted grid increases the height of the landing area by 10 cm in each case.

Mat sizes

The landing areas for pole vaulting are available in the following sizes:

  • 7 x 5 m
  • 8 x 6 m
  • 12 x 6 m (can be sprinkled on both sides)

The pole vault landing area mats in the size 7 x 5 m are certified by World Athletics and can therefore be used at national and international competitions.

The selection of the right landing area should also be based on the jump heights. The pole vault landing areas are suitable for the following heights:

  • 7 x 5 m: For vault heights from 1.60 m to 4.00 m
  • 8 x 6 m: For vault heights from 1.60 m to 6.25 m

The SILBER EasyJump landing area (with intermediate floor) is cost-optimized for our customers:

  • Spike protection with non-sliding grid mesh.
  • The wear mat is integrated in the overall cover
  • Wear mat made of PUR foam RG 18/20 with a thickness of 7 cm
  • Use of double hollow chamber system RG 18/20
  • Underfloor anti-slip
